—A lease rents you the right to release a song on the beat for two years, inside the stream and sales limits above. Other artists can lease the same beat.
—A premium lease is the same idea with the limits doubled — 500,000 streams, 25,000 paid copies, three music videos, unlimited paid shows and five years instead of two.
—An exclusive is a one-time, forever purchase: no limits, no expiry, and the beat comes off the store so nobody else can buy it.
—Neither license lets you resell, re-license or redistribute the beat on its own — as a loop pack, sample, beat store upload or anything else. You license the songs you make, not the beat.
—If your lease expires or you outgrow the limits, your exclusive price is reduced by whatever you already paid to lease it.
—Songs released while a lease was active stay up after it expires; you just can't put out new releases on that beat until you renew.
